Ideation

We started with a vision: to create a healthy coffee alternative from date seeds while focusing on taste and sustainability.

Research & Development

We experimented with boiling, grinding, and roasting date seeds to perfect aroma and flavor while keeping the process scalable.

Pilot Testing

We distributed trial packs locally, gathering feedback and validating flavor, consistency, and market potential.

Scaling Up

We established production capacity with grinders and roasters and are ready for broader market launch.

Phaneendra

A visionary leader with a rare blend of engineering precision and business acumen, Phaneendra graduated from VNIT Nagpur as a Mechanical Engineer and earned his MBA from IIM Nagpur.

His professional journey spans banking expertise at ICICI, high-impact marketing at Metamind Academy, and entrepreneurial ventures. At Daforia, he leads with strategic vision, growth focus, and brand innovation.

M. Praveen Naik

Praveen is a tech-driven innovator who bridges mechanical engineering with cutting-edge software development. A graduate of VNIT Nagpur, he advanced his skills at ISB (Innovation and entrepreneurship workshop) and has led global-scale automation and backend systems.

From AI to APIs, Praveen brings technical excellence and innovation to Daforia’s mission, ensuring it is scalable, and future-ready.
